Health is not something that just happens to us—it’s something that we consciously create through the diet, exercise and lifestyle choices we make everyday.  Good health is more than the absence of serious illness or disease—it's a dynamic state of wellness incorporating the mind, body and spirit.  And food is much more than what we eat.  It’s everything that nourishes us—our relationships, our career and our spiritual practices. 

Optimal health is a lifelong journey.  And it is based on the concept of bio-individuality—that each person has their own unique nutritional needs and that these needs change as we age.  The body is meant to heal itself and will do so if properly supported by diet and lifestyle choices.

Whatever health challenges you face, I will support you to make diet, exercise and lifestyle choices that work for you.  I have studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.

Instead of focusing on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. I also incorporate a holistic approach to include everything that nourishes you, such as your relationships, career, spiritual practices and physical activity.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
